A brand is a promise that a product or service will perform to the expectations of the customer. It provides information about a product, service or organization and the assurance of the unique characteristics of it. Branding is a marketing practice that deals with the creation of the image for a product or service in the minds of the customers. This is done to establish a unique and differentiated market presence to be known in the market; the look, the feel and the message conveyed set the business apart from the competition, attract customers and maintain loyal customers.
