However, the WWW's unstructured environment creates an information overload and places obstacles in the way of user's access to relevant information. In addition, the existing search engines can only retrieve one third of the "indexable web" and do not evaluate the content of the information retrieved. Therefore, inclusions of new Web-based information management technologies are required. A first consideration must be what role the assistants of the medical professionals can play to enhance implementation of a technology capable of managing and delivering more relevant information from the web. Secondly, what values can they add to the technology so that it becomes a tool for quality information in a cyberspace environment.
