Cyber resilience is a construct of paramount importance for organizational leaders and effective executives in a forthcoming era of persistent and often intentional disruption. Cyber resilience is vastly more important than simply addressing cybersecurity issues and potential threats. Cyber resilience is postured in this paper differently than cybersecurity. These two constructs will be operationally defined and the agentic leadership constructs associated with developing a learning organization premised upon learner-centered leadership and resourcefulness will be presented. The contemporary organizational constructs associated with cyber resilience in comparison with cybersecurity will be discussed from a paradigm shift of prevention to leadership imperative. Cyber resourcefulness and potential maladies of artificial cyber risks will be discussed from a posture that organizations that thrive may not be those with the most sophisticated artificial intelligence but those organizations that do not undervalue the interactions of humans in the practical goal of sustained operations during cyber threats.
