This paper addresses primarily the way management information is developed, transmitted, and contextualized in response to current industry trends. It also makes an attempt to shed light on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with business and educational ecosystems. It explores to understand and interpret the pivotal role AI might play in case writing which is said to be more flexible, data-rich, and has global relevancy, which are essential for training aspiring managers by many Industries worldwide. Multiple studies advocate that “AI can serve as a cognitive partner” for management educators. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has led to a fundamental shift in the production and consumption of information in both the business and education industries. Business schools, which are said to sculpt future managers, groom them through different curricula for a dynamic environment (Giannakos et al., 2025). Whereas mastering skills such as analytical reasoning, ethical judgment, and strategic vision has become critically essential as firms have begun to embrace automation and data-driven decision-making in today’s Industry 4.0 era.
