How do I Register with the IUP Publications ?

Registration with the IUP website is absolutely free. In order to register, please click on the "Register Now!" button which is on the left hand side. To complete the registration process, you are required to give full details like mailing address, email Id etc. We advise you to register with us, so that you could receive information from us about special offers, promotions, and happenings at the IUP from time to time.

What are the benefits of registering at your site?

You will have the facility to manage your account, view your order, revisit and receive latest promotional offers free of cost and also receive e-Newsletters.

Am I required to register in order to make a purchase?

Yes. You are required to register to purchase online. Registration would help us to track and execute your order easily.

Can I place the order offline ?

Yes. You can download the Subscription Form and send the form along with the demand draft for required amount drawn in favour of "ICFAI A/c IUP" and payable at Hyderabad.

How do I search for a topic of interest?

You can search within the site by a keyword, author, subject, title and product number by using Advanced Search Option. To start searching enter the keyword you are looking for in the Search box in the left hand corner and Click "GO" button.

What are the best-viewed browsers for the IUP Publications website?

The IUP website is best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.5+ or Netscape 4.7+, but it supports other earlier versions as well. However other than Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers do not support Online Payment Gateway.

What is My Account?

"My Account" is a personalized login facility on www.iupindia.in  which allows you have complete control over your details on the site . Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone number, email id, but you can also change your user id and password .

What is a Shopping Cart?

An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You may add items that you wish to purchase online into it and proceed to pay for the order. The unique feature of the cart is you can add as many items you want in the shopping cart and purchase them later.

Is there any minimum order value to place an order?

No. You can order as much or as little you want at the IUP Publications website. We process all orders placed online, irrespective of the order value.

How can I keep myself updated about the events, promotions, offers and developments at the IUP Publications ?

You may subscribe to our Free Email Update at the IUP Publications website, which is emailed to registered members on a regular basis.

What is Free Email Update ?

Free Email Update is an e-Zine (electronic newsletter) of the IUP capturing short stories, summaries of articles and promotional offers.

How do I cancel my order ?

Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer service department by sending an email at serv@iupindia.in or jms@iupindia.in and giving the reference of your order number.

Placing an order with the IUP Publications is easy.
All you need to do is browse or search for the items you would like to order. The search option facility is available on every page of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see more information about the product.

Click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the cart's navigation bar or the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.

View all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for the products in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are a first time shopper, you will have to register with us, by creating a new account and filling in the personal information in the fields provided. If you are a repeat shopper, you will have to log in using your login name and password. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

If you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button. Enter Customer Information, Billing Information, Despatch Information and click "Continue". Select the payment option and click "Submit", then you are required to give credit card details and click "Submit". You will be shown confirmation of your transaction after successful execution of the order.

The IUP offers you a convenient payment options to choose from, so that you can transact at the IUP conveniently in a secure manner. We hope that offering you with multiple payment options makes you more comfortable shopping with us.

Payment Options

You can make the payment through the Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank or the VISA/MasterCard issued by any bank, through Secure Internet Payment Gateway. Net Banking facility is also available for net banking account holders of  ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank, Yes Bank, Karnataka Bank, Corporation Bank, Bank of Rajasthan, South Indian Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Do you accept international credit cards on the IUP Publications website?

Overseas subscribers and Non Resident Indians can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders. We accept all Master and VISA credit cards (Indian and International) issued by any bank.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. IUP Publications uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology in order to provide high security for your transactions.

At the IUP Publications we have taken all measures to protect your information, bank, while you shop Online.

The Payment site is a Verisign Certified Secure Site authenticated by Verisign with 128-bit SSL Encryption technology. All your personal information like user name, credit card number, transaction history are encrypted so that they cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

We assure that every transaction you make at the IUP will be 99.999% safe. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We will also be happy to extend any support if you can feel that your card is used unauthorizedly on our site.

How is my Order delivered to me?

Our subscription service department and logistics partners will take care of delivery of your order. Incase the delivery is not executed, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from the IUP Publications?

If an item ordered by you on the IUP Publications is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please fill the online form at http://www.iupindia.in/missing.asp for a duplicate copy.

Are the despatch costs additionally charged ?

No. We do not charge any despatch charges additionally. However, for the international orders the subscription/order prices vary with the Indian orders.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Yes. We deliver all over the world. However as indicated above, there will be difference in the rates for Indian and International Orders.
