It is the day of an interview. Like
many others you feel you are
another average candidate at the pool. Before attending
the interview, you have accepted that you may fail. You are convinced
that you will not be able to answer some questions by the panel. You
believe somewhere that the panel is full of reasons to reject you. But, have
you ever had a feeling of, "I am brilliant or I am the best fit".
Why can't you think in these terms? What is wrong? Why are
you not confident? Why are you dubious about the result?
The answer may be—you are not prepared properly or you don't
know what is expected from a candidate like you. Preparation here does
not mean having better English communication skills, perfect
body language or overall knowledge. Each job demands certain
unique features. They differ in their knowledge and skill demands.
The candidates need to prepare accordingly. Yes, there may
be certain common features, but one needs to concentrate on
the differences as well. Ability to prove the difference at such points
brings success. Identification and preparation in these criteria
can only prove one's `Employability'. |
