Often the communication process is given so much importance that it outweighs the purpose of communication.

We live in times where communication is glorified. Often the communication process is given so much importance that it outweighs the purpose of communication. There is a lot of miscommunication, mainly because: Either most of us are confused with the purpose of our communication; Or a few of us deliberately and purposely confuse or mislead others.

Manipulation, exaggeration, plagiarism, misrepresentation, etc., have been pervasive and are some of the outcomes of deliberate miscommunication. The process of communication begins with the generation of an idea in the mind of the speaker, which he wishes that the receiver should understand and respond to. Any barrier in the communication process, which may be from the receiver's end or the sender's end, will lead to miscommunication. This miscommunication would mean that an idea in the mind is not equal to the message sent or the message sent is not equal to the message received.
