Computers have become pervasive and their widespread use has become more commonplace in banks. For variety of reasons, computers have immerged as an integral part of the banking system. Today, bank-branches are technology-driven. The explosive use of computers has created a high demand for managing, monitoring and administrating a computerized branch. Banks are paying more attention on the post-installation scenario of a computerized branch, as the banks have started realizing that a small negligence at any level may cause great damage and harm to banks.
