This article elucidates the various financial service procedures and processes. Financial service companies offer a variety of loan packages with discounted schemes enabling the customer to fulfill his or her dreams. This article also explains certain limitations faced by customers.

In the earlier days, if one wanted to construct a house one had to ask one's employer for a loan. And until the loan was paid back, one had to forego a certain amount of one's salary every month. This isn't a happy scenario for someone who may not be in a position to run his house with half the salary. But today with a number of housing loan companies standing in line to offer loans, borrowing loans has become very easy. It is not just the housing loans, financial products have emerged in other areas as well to help customers realize their dreams.

Getting a housing loan is easier than it once was. The loan can be sanctioned within a day, unless there is a delay in the submission of the necessary documents by the borrower. State Bank of India offers loan up to Rs. 20 lakhs under certain norms for resident and non-resident Indians. The actual loan limit is fixed by the individual's repayment capacity like income, age, assets and liabilities; sometimes the spouse's income is also taken into consideration.

Banks also offer loans to buy computers. Computers today are cheaper than before. But despite that computer sales have not gone up by any significant levels. The sales can be pushed up by giving additional benefits along with the purchases like 100 hours internet package, web camera, 20 CD-ROMs, etc. More advertisement and some more reduction in the price and offers from the finance companies will help increase the sales of the personal computers in the future.
