The study examines the moderating effect of parental influence on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention among private university students in North Central and FCT Abuja. The study adopted survey research design and a sample of 2,784 undergraduate students. Structural equation models were used to analyze the Likert scale data obtained from self-administered questionnaires. The results revealed that parental influence had a statistically significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial goal intention, demonstrating that parental influence plays a substantial role in shaping entrepreneurial intentions among students. Digital entrepreneurial literacy and social impact entrepreneurship integration also positively contributed to entrepreneurial goal intention, indicating that digital literacy and social impact initiatives foster entrepreneurial motivation. Cultural immersion in entrepreneurial environments showed a weaker but significant positive effect on entrepreneurial goal intention. From these findings, the study concludes that entrepreneurial mentorship intensity, experiential learning ventures, and interdisciplinary collaboration for entrepreneurship are important factors in entrepreneurial intention.
